Hālau Nā Lei Kaumaka O Uka was founded in 1996 on Maui by our beloved Kumu Hula, Napua Silva. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we reflect with gratitude on all we’ve learned from Kumu and on the experiences that have shaped us into the haumāna we are today.

Across all the memories shared, one theme united us: the deep pilina we hold with our hula sisters and with Kumu — Nā Lei Love.
